Oregon’s bottle redemption law may change due to concerns over drugs and homelessness. I don’t know what the answer is, but restricting the hours of redemption just might be it. Personally, I quit usin’ the OBRC redemption center in Eugene because no matter what time I went there, the extremely limited parking spots were taken by bums and their bikes pullin’ ramshackle wagon trains fulla junk. Finally, it was sooooo bad I had to park on the street and pack my two OBRC bags fulla cans (the daily maximum if you’re a member of their counting club) to the secured dropbox. Now I drive over to Springfield, where there’re not quite as many bums, but way more parking.

Israel encircles 2 of northern Gaza’s last functioning hospitals. The World Health Organization warns that the activity is “stretching the health system beyond the breaking point.” Really? Well maybe, just maybe, the Hamas ragheads shoulda thought about that when they started usin’ hospital basements for their headquaters, civilians for human shields, and THEN decided it was a good idea to invade Israel and kill 1200 people.

Soros-backed Philly DA could face uphill battle for re-election if GOP write-in scheme succeeds. Democrat Pat Dugan is gaining GOP support in a write-in campaign that could give him a round 2 against Soros-backed DA Larry Krasner. If the challenger wins, it’ll be the ONLY good thing I’ve EVER said about Ranked Choice Voting. This country’s gotta drop these Soros-elected assholes like a bad habit.
