Florida becomes first state to block welfare cash for tattoos, vapes and more. Trump administration urges states to follow Florida’s new first-in-the-nation welfare-spending limits. If you’re like me, you’d assume tattoos, theme park tickets, video games, and vaping products are not generally considered “basic needs,” yet these are purchased using welfare dollars everybody’s taxes are payin’ for. What Florida’s doin’ now, should’ve already been happenin’ in every state.

Eugene, Oregon: Written by Dolly Parton in 1972 and released in 2009. In 1972, I was stationed at Machinato Army Depot in Okinawa, rebuidin’ generators to be shipped back to Vietnam. In what might be a surprise to anyone who’s followed my reporting on the antics of Hippieville, the mayor of Eugene 1969-1977 was Les Anderson, a REPUBLICAN. After Dolly’s performance at the Lane County Fairgrounds that year, she received her first standing ovation from a crowd of 1,500 people. 1,500 country music fans who had the common sense to elect Les Anderson as their mayor – not once but TWICE.

Judge sentences Feeding Our Future fraudsters who faked running child nutrition site. Ahmed Ghedi and Abdihakim Ahmed received $7.3M in COVID relief funds meant for child nutrition programs. While I’m glad to hear these f⚡⭐⚡in’ ragheads are goin’ to jail where they belong, I don’t think sentences of 5 years apiece are gonna make up for the $7.3 million they stole from us taxpayers. Especially when you consider keepin both of them in jail is gonna cost another $90,000 a year for every year they’re in there. And you wonder why this country’s $40 trillion in the hole? Stuff like this is a huge part of it.
