Trump’s federal crime crackdown in DC results in 2,000+ arrests. According to the White House, 2,177 people have been arrested, including 20 alleged gang members from MS-13 and the Venezuelan group, Tren de Aragua, since the operation began on Aug. 7. Authorities said they have seized more than 222 firearms, cleared 50 homeless encampments, and rescued seven missing children. On Sunday alone, 72 people were taken into custody, with 41 of them in the U.S. illegally and many having prior criminal records ranging from theft and assault to human trafficking.

As far as I’m concerned, Rand Paul’s always been out there, but this is a bridge too far.
