Hospitals lose millions. Now face 3% tax.  For my regular readers, this will be recognized as a continuation of my previous rant on the subject (OO 16 Jul 24). Only in a state run by Democrat Salemites would this be possible. The donkey’s ass Democridiots cook up a plan to put a further drain on Oregon businesses and decide to hand it to the voters, so if it passes, they can point to it and say, “See, the people want it, so it’s THEIR fault.” What are the people who DIDN’T vote for it gonna think when their local hospital closes because of it?  The university district hospital in Eugene closed without this insane 3% tax. How many are we gonna lose after it passes? As usual, the Democrats are dumber in the head than a hog is in the ass. The idiots in Salem are the only ones who are almost as good as California for cuttin’ off their noses to spite their face and guttin’ their corporate tax base. Plans like this are only ONE of the reasons Musk’s picking up his entire Californian plant and moving it to Texas.

A lawsuit over a Tennessee law that limits drag shows was dismissed by a federal court, a win for Republicans. A lower court had previously blocked the law in the Memphis area after an LGBTQ group sued. Common sense prevails again.

The Washington Post took heat for a post criticizing the parents of an American hostage in Gaza for not being vocal opponents of Israel’s war in Gaza. Only one of the marketing departments for Democrats would chastise parents of the murderous Hamas bastards because they won’t blame Israel for being invaded by inhuman bloodthirsty rapists. That’s like blaming the Allies when they declared war on Hitler for killing 6 million Jews.
