Lot behind new 7-11 store becoming problem trespassing hot spot. “Whether it’s human related waste or if it is debris that is left on private property, under city code, that is the responsibility of the private property owner to address.” If it’s the land owner’s responsibility to handle bums pissin’ and shittin’ on their property, maybe they should have a fire hydrant installed with a fire hose connected to one of those motion detector spray units that’d blast ’em when they couch down to deposit a pile. Maybe what the city should do, is change the law and use some of the money they’re spendin’ on the bums to hire more cops to respond to vagrants takin’ a shit in somebody’s backyard.

DAILY DELIBERATIONS.1 19 JUNE 2024

Migrant arrested in broad daylight rape of 13-year-old in New York park. Here’s ANOTHER one with Biden’s name all over it. If he hadn’t’ve let in 11 million (and countin’) illegals, this asshole wouldn’t’ve been in the United States to rape ANYONE, much less a 13-year-old girl. They should hang the wetback bastard upside down by his nut sack. Then again, maybe when he gets to the joint, the other inmates’ll take care of ‘im. I hear they don’t take kindly to child rapists in prison.

OREGON OBSERVATIONS 18 JUNE 2024

New Riverfront housing in Eugene is only affordable for some. Tell me again how projects like this, pushed by hypocritical Eugene management, are supposed to get people outta their tents or keep people from livin’ in them to start with. To begin with, from this writer’s perspective, lettin’ the bid for construction of those units that the city fathers can’t quit braggin’ about (at least the first one) was built by an outfit outta Portland. What’s wrong with keeping the construction dollars here in Eugene? The monthly rent for a 480-foot studio apartment costs over $1,800, and a furnished studio costs over $2,300. I can understand them pushin’ high-end developments like those surrounding the 5th Street market area that cater to out-of-town visitors. But don’t blow smoke up my ass and try to make me believe that the apartments going in at the Riverfront are gonna help move bums outta their tents, ’cause they’re not.
