The waivers allowed colleges and universities to divert taxpayer-funded TRIO program services for American low-income students and those with disabilities for use on illegal aliens. So what’s the big deal? Election Day is Election Day. Not a week later, so people can see which way the votes are goin’ and mark their ballots accordingly before they send them in.
