Justice Department investigating University of California over alleged DEI-based hiring. The Justice Department says UC instructed its campuses to hire ‘diverse’ faculty members to meet race- and sex-based employment quotas. My fervent hope is that Pam Bondi’s DOJ keeps whittlin’ away at California’s woke progressive institutions until the glimmer of common sense can be seen.
