Under the threat of losing federal dollars, the state begrudgingly took this action. By federal law, English language-ignorant legal aliens should’ve NEVER been able to get a CDL, but it’s California, so here we are. Usually, it wouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out, but hey, it IS the Golden State we’re talkin’ about.
