Obama Presidential Center deposits just $1M into $470M reserve fund aimed to protect taxpayers. Not only will this be the ugliest building in Chicago (DAILY DELIBERATIONS 22 AUGUST 2025), but as I’ve always suspected, it’ll cost its taxpayers a buttload of cash before it’s finished.
