Prop 36 passes by overwhelming margin to toughen retail crime penalties. It’s about damned time! This passed in all of California’s 58 counties despite the opposition of Nitwit Newsom and his Democrats. It would appear that there are a few grains of common sense left in that state after all. It also serves as a poster child for the red wave that flooded out blue offices and initiatives from coast to coast. Don’t believe me? Just look at George Gascón, the infamous Soros-elected LA County DA who finally lost an election.
