SoCal Mayor Says He Wants To Give Homeless People Fentanyl. If there’s anybody out there who thinks MY Transition Center plan for gettin’ the bums off our streets is too harsh, take a look at what THIS guy wants to do. While his clarification indicates he intends to supply ‘em with illegal drugs to put an end to the bum addicts’ theft, constant intimidation, and panhandling they use to purchase the illicit substance, I think a look between the lines would reveal hopes for an increase in overdose deaths. My Transition Centers would cost $7 billion to build and $71 million yearly to run. How much fentanyl would that buy?
