Mexico extradites dozens of cartel leaders and members to US, including drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero. Caro Quintero was involved in the kidnapping and murder of DEA agent Enrique ‘Kiki’ Camarena in 1985. If they keep it up, maybe it’ll be enough to keep #45/47 from findin’ the assholes with Hellfire missiles.
