A law prohibiting the New Jersey State Board of Examiners from requiring a basic reading, writing and mathematics test for teachers went into effect on Wednesday. WTF?!? What’s next – not requiring an automotive technician to know how to open the hood? Come on – it’s basic stuff. No wonder New Jersey’s run by incompetent Democrats.
