Nike’s diversity initiatives under EEOC scrutiny for alleged discrimination against White workers. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says the company refused to comply with subpoenas seeking employee data and mentoring program rosters. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit if this Portland woke progressive company is guilty as sin.
