Kotek is in no rush to sign her own transportation funding bill. “We’ll have it signed by the time I need to have it signed.” Folks, I’ve told you before: The longer she drags her feet, the less time commonsensers have to gather the signatures that would squash her taxes by the deadline to get on the ballot. She knows it, and is doin’ it on purpose.
