Portland DA cracks down on drug crimes as Seattle pulls back on enforcement. I’m surprised that they found a DA with ANY common sense in Portland. Jail after failure to enter a rehab program for anyone busted for possession shoulda been written into the law to start with. No surprises though. That’s what happens when Democrats get together and pass social engineering legislation.
