Oregon governor signs bill providing unemployment pay for striking workers. What’s it gonna take for this state to quit electin’ idiot Democrats? The people who voted for the governor we have now must have more money than brains, and as a direct result, get to have their state taxes used to pay unemployment to union members who decided that going on strike would be the way to get the wages or benefits they wanted. Here’s an idea: if you work for a union shop, you pay an average of 2% of your pay every month to have the union represent you. As I’ve said a dozen times before, they need to use those dues to pay your unemployment when THEY decide you need to go on strike. Not me – I didn’t tell ’em to go on strike!
