Regional homelessness increasing despite additional spending. Really? You don’t say. Come on folks, it’s not rocket science. If you continue to leave copious amounts of food outside, eventually, it’ll attract rats, and as long as you put the food out, they’ll continue to come around. But here’s a secret the Democrats apparently don’t know about: If you quit puttin’ food out, they’ll go somewhere else.
