The arrogant Salem Democrats were takin’ it easy on their EV-ownin’ constituents. Plug-in cars use the same road surface as fossil-fuel rigs. Why are EV owners only havin’ to pay a pittance compared to them? Current policy has double-standard and favoritism written all over it.
