Oregon #2 worst pharmacy access (thanks CAT tax!). This post is in case you need another reason to hate the Democrats, who seem to be in perpetual charge of this state. I’ve never talked to ANY small business owner who thinks CAT tax is a good thing. Next time you get a chance, be sure to thank a Democrat who works in Salem’s capital building.
