Man who beheaded mother eyed for State Hospital release. What kinda deal is THIS? A defendant who decapitated his mother, killed his dog, and stabbed a store clerk has been deemed rehabilitated enough to be put back in society by the 90-day wonders runnin’ the place? How about this: They strap ‘im to a chair and run 2,000 volts through ‘im. If he was found to be too insane to stand trial for murder, now that he’s all better, common sense says that things pick up where they left off, and 1. His ass gets fried, or 2. He’s locked up for the rest of his life. BTW, Number one costs us less in tax dollars.
