The number of prosecutions per year prior to him was 20,000. After he took office, that number dropped to 6,000. That’s a 30% reduction, which means there was a 70% increase of bad guys still on the street. No wonder Multnomah County voters said he cared more about criminals than them, and they said it with their ballots.
