Wrong-way bicyclist cited in River Road area crash. It’s about time! I travel on some portion of River Road every time I go out, and always see at least ONE bum on their bike (is it REALLY theirs, or is it stolen), disobeyin’ traffic laws. You can tell the difference between the kids on bikes and bums on bikes, ’cause the kids on bikes are followin’ the law – they’re usin’ the bike lane, goin’ the right direction, not ridin’ on the sidewalk, or dodgin’ in and out of traffic.
