Homeless woman from Santa Monica California was given a plane ticket to Portland to be homeless here. She said she was encouraged to come to Portland because of the resources. She admits she has no family or friends here. It’s bad enough that for years we’ve been invaded by woke progressive Californians, now they’re usin’ their money to relocate bums from their backyard to ours.
