Governor Kotek warns of imminent cuts to Oregon transportation services. We’ve covered this before, but to recap: Nearly 1,000 positions will either be laid off or remain unfilled. These vacancies (and impending degradation of vital services) are a direct result of woke progressive Democrats and their bleedin’-heart, touchy-feely use of your tax dollars. This catastrophe’s been buildin’ up for years, and it’s a direct result of spendin’ over $7 billion a year on bums and wetbacks. And so here we are. Think it takes a long time to get your driver’s license renewed now? Just wait. Think you’ve gotta dodge a lot of potholes now? Just wait. Ironically, the very reason that they’re laying off almost 1000 people and diminishing the services your tax dollars pay for, also prevents them from dismantling and clearing out bum encampments (and there’re plenty of ‘em) that’re located on ODOT right of way. Maybe when you’re stuck on the pass in freezin’ temperatures and axle-deep snow this winter ’cause ODOT doesn’t have enough people to plow the roads, you’ll QUIT VOTIN’ FOR DEMOCRATS!!!
