DAILY DELIBERATIONS 2 JANUARY 2023

Some pet owners say high inflation is why they’re giving up their pets. If you can’t stand the heat, get outta the kitchen. Pet lovers, if the Biden-caused inflation has got you thinking you’re going to have to get rid of Fido ’cause you can’t afford to feed him, look at the bright side – at least you don’t have to eat him for supper like a lot of families in Venezuela.

NATIONAL NOTES 1 JANUARY 2023

Ohio county reports more than 80 measles cases, the majority of the country’s 117. Wait a minute! You expect me to believe that all those measle cases resulted from people traveling to places like Bangladesh? More than likely, it hitchhiked in with the 5 million wetbacks Biden’s let into this country, many of which have already made it to Ohio. Anybody that can’t make that connection is living in Naiveville.

OREGON OBSERVATIONS 1 JANUARY 2023

Hundreds of Oregon criminal convictions overturned due to nonunanimous jury verdicts, Supreme Court decides. In case you’re wondering, and if you’re bothered by the thought of suddenly being inundated by felons, there’s only one group to blame it on – Democrats – and the people that elected ’em. Elected Democrat politicians are the ones that appointed all of Oregon’s Supreme Court Justices, who’ve been responsible for verdicts like this one. Following Queen Brown’s lead, who’s released HUNDREDS of criminals in the death throes of her governorship, the Supreme Court seems bound and determined to carry out whatever you call the WP’s brand of justice. No wonder people are leaving this state in droves or clamoring to become subjects of Idaho’s commonsense government.

NATIONAL NOTES 31 DECEMBER 2022

Biden torched for vacationing at the home of billionaire donors in St. Croix: ‘A double standard I’m not OK with.’ First family will ring in the new year in the home of wealthy donors who attended Biden’s White House state dinner. (For further context, see my NN.1 29 Dec 22 post). This illustrates the law’s double standards and illustrates how WP Democrats work. Nobody working in ANY industry can legally take anything of any value as a gift and still comply with the laws. Nevertheless, our piece of shit president and his wife can climb aboard a billionaire donor’s private jet and fly down to his Caribbean home for the holidays without blinking an eye. Yet any other professional will face bribery charges for accepting any gratuity. Ask yourself how the Idiot in Chief can get away with it. I’ll tell you how. One word – Democrat.

OREGON OBSERVATIONS 30 DECEMBER 2022

$ 6 million in funding secured for new Santa Clara safety project. Thanks for nothin’ De Fazio. The WP news service calls your actions a “parting gift” before retirement. Anybody with any amount of common sense calls it sticking it to the taxpayers one last time. Let me break it down for you. This country’s government is $31 trillion in debt. It takes in $3.3 trillion every year in revenue. You guys just voted to spend what amounts to $2 trillion to keep things running for one year. You Democrats are climate fanatics. If the world’s weather is going to hell in a handbasket, as you say, one would think you’d want to hold some money back for the ever-increasing weather disasters you continuously rave about. But no, you’re spending it as fast as you’re getting it. NO WONDER we’re $31 trillion in debt! Before you asked for $6 million in pork in exchange for your vote and added to our tax burden, did you ever think of leaving Washington long enough to actually LOOK at the area your local Democrat buddies said needed that pedestrian bridge? The walking and bicycling bums and local residents go UNDER the Beltline, where it crosses River Road just fine. Somebody convinced you, at one of the $ 1000-a-plate Democrat fundraisers, no doubt, that they needed to spend $6 million for a pedestrian bridge so they would be inconvenienced by bums using those crosswalks when they’re trying to turn right or left to the Beltline’s onramp. Speaking of those crosswalks. The concrete is barely dry from all the ADA improvements they just installed, which cost God knows how much. If the bridge will make those useless, all THAT tax money was spent for nothin’ and just became your bridge to nowhere. Maybe they’ll name the crosswalks after you and install signs next to the “push to walk” signs that won’t work once the new bridge goes in.
