Now she’s resigning, and it sounds like Biden’s disinformation board might be headed for the dumpster. Do you think it’s a coincidence that both of these situations happened as Primary results and voter turnout numbers are being announced? If you do, then you haven’t been paying attention. Just look at what happened with the Supreme Court leak – when public sentiment appears to be turning against their agenda, create a distraction in an attempt to reverse course. It’s right out of the Democrat’s playbook. 5 NATIONAL NOTES.1 19 MAY 2022 Read More »

The old guy in a suit is just a senility-ridden escapee from a dementia ward that banana-republic Democrats bought the election for, to carry out their woke progressive Marxist agenda. 3 3 NATIONAL NOTES 19 MAY 2022 Read More »
OREGON OBSERVATIONS 19 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: You see, that’s the problem – perspective. Show me a 20-something college kid at a booze-filled party, that doesn’t think their music’s too loud, and I’ll show you a ticket waiting to get written. It’s called guilt by association – ESPECICALLY on the heels of three large, out of control parties in less than a month. It’s not a U of O thing – it’s a college kid thing. Look at what just happened in spring-break Florida. Things got so bad they closed down some of the beaches and placed curfews on the bar districts. So, if the complaining students in the article don’t want to get written-up by police, then quit partying and study instead. Isn’t that what the in-state attendees are paying over $13,000 a year for? 4 3 OREGON OBSERVATIONS 19 MAY 2022 Read More »
DAILY DELIBERATIONS.1 19 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: You thought I was bullshitin’ you when I’ve written about woke progressive Californians moving to conservative states and screwing them up for the local indigenous population? Here’s corroboration, except instead of screwing up a state, they’ve managed to screw up a whole COUNTRY. Portugal had a “golden visa” program to entice foreigners to move there, as long as they purchased property valued at more than 500,000 Euros ($52,485). The influx of Californians and the money they brought with them has caused rent in Lisbon to be five times more than it used to be. Natives can’t afford to live there. Gee, where’ve we heard THAT before? Not a unique or new situation. When I was in Honduras back in the ‘80s, we were limited on how much cash we could get from the pay officer (in U.S. Dollars OR Lempira) because Army Command was concerned that too large of a cash influx would wreck the local economy. 3 DAILY DELIBERATIONS.1 19 MAY 2022 Read More »
DAILY DELIBERATIONS 19 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: This reminds me of my days as a service manager in heavy equipment dealerships. Any time a piece of heavy equipment had to be repossessed, we had to: 1. Find out where the equipment was located. 2. Arrange for a tractor/lowboy combination to go to the machine’s location. 3. Assign a field mechanic to meet the lowboy driver at the machine – almost always after dark – so he could do what he had to get the machine started and loaded on the trailer. It was the number three where I generally encountered difficulty. Most of the guys that were loaded into service trucks, had several years under their belts as field mechanics, and most had been involved in a repossession retrieval at least once. There was usually more than one that had had a gun pulled on him by a pissed-off owner or employee who knew the repo was going down and was armed and sleeping in the cab. For perspective, one has to look at the factors that distinguish a repo’d $60,000 hot rod and a repo’d $250,000 excavator. The hot rod guy is pissed because he’s losing his status symbol and chick magnet. On the other hand, the excavator guy is losing the machine that he earns a living with and uses to put food on his table. 3 DAILY DELIBERATIONS 19 MAY 2022 Read More »

Unless you think it’s fair that the federal government forces for-profit and non-profit activities to pay for transgender medical procedures, counseling, and medication regimen when it goes against their religious beliefs. 3 1 NATIONAL NOTES 18 MAY 2022 Read More »
OREGON OBSERVATIONS 18 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: Queen Brown has wielded her Septor of Silence. Just because they’re YOUR tax dollars, do you think she or her Salem Democrats will tell you how they’re spending your money until AFTER you vote? Even a hint of economic impropriety might result in politicians with a little common sense being elected, and she couldn’t have that. 3 OREGON OBSERVATIONS 18 MAY 2022 Read More »

NATIONAL NOTES 17 MAY 2022 Leave a Comment / Uncategorized / admin Re: Even the woke progressives’ fact check shows that the United States’ electrical grid can’t support Biden’s carbon-free America by 2035. I’ll be damned. You don’t say. These pages have not been alone in saying that since the feeble refugee from a dementia ward’s been trying to sell it. His grandiose greenie plans might play well to the earthfirster treehugger crowd, but it’s devoid of common sense while throwing an entire segment of this country’s GDP and economy under the bus. How’s that go – you get what you pay for? The Democrats paid for a confused, rambling textbook example of senility and are making the rest of us suffer for THEIR mistake. 4 NATIONAL NOTES 17 MAY 2022 Read More »
