The Biden administration has issued its rule on the public assistance that will and will not contribute to a legal immigrant being assessed as a public charge. What that means is, in a reversal or #45’s rules, Biden’s saying that just because an illegal alien is on food stamps, housing vouchers, or Medicaid, they’re not a burden on society. #45’s definition, which Biden threw out, defined “public charge” as an immigrant who receives one or more designated public benefits for more than 12 months within a 36-month period. In other words, according to Biden and his Democrats, it’s not enough that the illegal alien broke federal law to get here.
