Oregon gun sales skyrocket after gun control Measure 114 passes. What’d they THINK was going to happen? Regular readers of these pages should’ve seen this coming. Measure 114 was passed by the same snowflake Democrats that saddled us with Measure 110 and turned Oregon into a state-authorized drug den.

Twitter skewers vandals who threw black paint on famous painting in Austria: ‘Jail isn’t enough.’  Museums everywhere need to encase all of their exhibits behind bulletproof glass, with public information posters depicting some punk throwing paint on a priceless piece of art, as an infomercial explaining the need for glass protection. As to the punk-ass protesters, change all the anti-slavery laws some of the states just passed, bring back the chain gangs, and put the art-destroying vandals picking up dead animal carcasses and trash off county roads for a few years, followed by probation. If they step out of line during the probationary period, it’s right back to the chain gang. Do THAT a few times with a lot of publicity and watch artwork destruction fall to a new low.

Oregon GOP ends democrat supermajority in both chambers. That’s the only good news we’ve seen out of this election so far. Losing their supermajority means Democrats in Salem can no longer ram through legislation without any votes from the Republicans. The legacy of bills like the CAT tax and SB554 are history – at least until the next election, and as long as the GOP can keep the Dems from holding a supermajority, those days won’t come back. Sooner or later, people will get tired of seeing crooks walk out of Walmart with armloads of stolen stuff. Of being told their kids are exposed to porn in the school library during a class on how to become a transie. Reading about felons being released without so much as a slap on the wrist. When commonsense Americans get mad enough, maybe they’ll throw the Democrats out on their ear during the next election. Progress was made this time, but we’re not there yet. After all – the biggest idiot since Carter is still running the country.

Things haven’t gotten bad enough to wake people up.Believe me, folks – this seven-minute video is well worth watching. It seems unfathomable to me that the people who listened to and believed the Democrats’ lies this time will vote for them again after two more years of escalating crime, inflation, and indoctrination of your kids. If they do, and the GOP doesn’t win majorities in the legislative branches as well as the presidency, God help us all, ’cause the Marxist woke progressives sure as hell won’t.
