OREGON OBSERVATIONS 11 JANUARY 2023

Never-opened $300 million-plus biofuels refinery facing foreclosure in southern Oregon. Another earthfirster treehugger pipe dream bites the dust. It would appear easier to make greenie plans on paper than to make them work in the real world. And therein, boys and girls lies the problem with their entire movement. As stated here NUMEROUS times, that sector would be a lot better off ($300 million in this case) if they’d sink all that money into figuring out how to scrub carbon out of all emissions completely. If they’d’ve started working on that when the greenie movement was born, it’d be solved by now.

Ex-Virginia Tech soccer player allegedly benched for refusing to kneel gets $100K settlement. Another WP pushing the BLM movement days bites the dust. Between losing lawsuits and disclosing that the BLM principals were enriching themselves at the expense of the donors who were dumb enough to give them money, the general public may start to see what a colossal scam it was.

DAILY DELIBERATIONS 11 JANUARY 2023

‘Grotesque’ new Batman story features the Joker becoming pregnant and giving birth to a ‘handsome’ baby. One critic of this new plot asked, ‘Who else is sick of this lunacy?’ It’s now official: Hollywood’s succeeded in turning the next saga of a venerated film series into more of a comedy than an action-filled good-guy bad-guy feature by using a laughable plot twist. Male pregnancy should be off the table, even in the fantasy world of Batman. Telling people that straight men can get pregnant is a lie, plain and simple, and you know what they say about a lie – it’ll get halfway around the world before the truth can put its boots on.

NATIONAL NOTES.2 10 JANUARY 2023

Biden inspects US-Mexico border amid record high crossings. INSPECT my ass! It was nothing more than a photo op drive-by. To understand what he’s done to this country, he needs to go where the REAL disasters are happening. Go talk to the ranchers that DIDN’T vote for him, and hear what they have to say about wetbacks trying to kick their doors in and how they have to be armed to ride fence line or go out and check the mail. And this is EVERY DAY, not just once in a while.

NATIONAL NOTES.1 10 JANUARY 2023

Jordan says cuts to military spending should be ‘on the table,’ as money should not go to ‘woke’ policies. FINALLY – the voice of common sense! Congress needs to require each branch of service to submit a list of WP expenditures detailing the labor and material costs involved in pulling personnel away from their regular duties to be force-fed lessons in proper pronoun usage and everything else on the WP agenda. Once those documents have been submitted, the DOD budget would be revised to exclude such expenditures in an effort to pare down a $31 TRILLION national debt.

NATIONAL NOTES 10 JANUARY 2023

Gov. Kristi Noem is seeking answers on how federal agencies allowed her personal information to become public as a side-effect of record releases from the Jan. 6 committee. Just when you thought the Jan 6 committee couldn’t possibly do something ANY dumber, the idiot Democrats and RINOs released 2000 Social Security numbers of people that visited #45s White House to the general public. I hope Governor Noem’s lawsuit succeeds at a lower level. Still, if not, it finds its way to the Supreme Court, where they’ll find that the unconscionable actions of Biden’s witch hunt facilitators were negligent. Once that happens, they’ll owe Kristi Noem, and whoever else was wronged and wants to pile on, millions of dollars for the irreparable harm they’ve caused.

OREGON OBSERVATIONS.1 10 JANUARY 2023

Mayor Vinis touches on various topics from the State of Eugene Address. REALLY? YOU’RE the mayor. If you’re convinced one of Eugene’s biggest problems is the bum infestation, then why haven’t you been talking to Salem about instituting a state-run Transition Center east of the mountains, created using matching federal dollars? The feds should ALREADY be doing that for ANY state with the good sense to open one up. The problem, even for a Republican administration, is the perceived WP push-back to such a plan. I know because I sent my plan in detail to #45, and I’m sure it was round-filed for that very reason. Most likely by his staff. He probably wasn’t even briefed on the subject.

DAILY DELIBERATIONS 10 JANUARY 2023

Blunt hiring ad at butcher shop prompts employers to share wild employee excuses: ‘My cat just had puppies.’ It’s a sad situation when an employer has to post the following notice to prospective employees: “Please do not apply if you oversleep, have no alarm clock, have no car, have court often, have no babysitter every day, have to give friends rides to work later than we start work, experience flat tires every week, have to hold on to cell phone all day, or become an expert at your job with no need to learn or take advice after the first day. Must be able to remember to come back to work after lunch. Should not expect to receive Purple Ribbons or Gold Star for showing up to work on time.” What the hell’s happened to this country?!? I’ll tell you what happened – Democrats and the Idiot in Chief they elected. The free money they’re throwing around has caused an attitudinal shift in what “work ethic” means to this country’s labor force. To spin an old proverb: “Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Train a man how to fish in an apprenticeship program, so he can get a job on a fishing boat to pay his bills, and you feed him for life.”
