OREGON OBSERVATIONS 23 MAY 2023

Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office Remains Understaffed. Gee, I wonder why? With Soros-elected Schmidt running the office, it’s a wonder he has ANYBODY left. I’m surprised he can find anyone with a moral compass who’ll agree to a soft-glove treatment of all criminals. His prosecutors’ job description is probably full of statements like this: Must agree to let rioters caught red-handed burning down buildings or smashing windows off with a slap on the wrist or less. With Schmidt’s pro-criminal perspective on the law, it’s a wonder he can find ANYBODY to coddle the crooks. As long as he’s in office, Portland’ll be a magnet for bad guys and lowlifes. And Democrats are having trouble figuring out why everybody with an ounce of common sense is jumping ship. That’s a Democridiot for you – blind in one eye and can’t see outta the other.

Nebraska police arrest 6 at state capitol, including woman who punched trooper, amid abortion, trans debate. For any readers that’re in the pro-abortion, transie camp (I can’t believe you’re reading this if you are), the linked story highlights why their tactics will fizzle and die like a lit match in a windstorm. Overall, I believe that most Americans are imbued with enough common sense to see their movement for what it is – a bunch of 9-year-olds acting out and throwing tantrums. Come to think about it. If whoever raised these idiots hadn’t spared the rod, they wouldn’t’ve spoiled the child. Period. And to show you who’s backing these WP assholes, I give you – who else – a Democrat.

Seattle crime forces Postal Service to halt deliveries for entire zip code. “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” I don’t see ANYTHING about flying bullets in that sentence. If the WP Seattleites in that zip code voted for criminal-loving, defund the police candidates, suck it up. You got what you voted for. Don’t bitch about standing in line to get your mail ’cause your assigned postal carrier doesn’t like gettin’ shot at.

NATIONAL NOTES.1 22 MAY 2023

Biden declares himself ‘blameless’ if US defaults on debt: ‘I’ve done my part.’ Biden, you f⭐⚡⭐in’ idiot. Com ·pro·mise: an agreement or a dispute settlement reached by each side making concessions. I suppose now you’re gonna blame somebody else for the fact that we’re drowning in wetbacks. You might be able to sell that load of shit to somebody on a strict CNN or MSNBC diet, but none of us commonsensers will buy it.

OR Department of Revenue to post delinquent taxpayer information online in July. One more example of deep-state bureaucrats at work. What’s that, you say? You don’t understand? In the bizarro world of Oregon, the state won’t publicly post booking photos of rapists, robbers, or murderers (people that are a potential real-life threat to the public’s life or wellbeing). Still, they’ll publicly post the names of people who’re delinquent in paying their taxes. What good’s that gonna do? For years, the federal government was smart enough to post wanted posters on the walls of your local USPS facility so that the public could be on the lookout for the scum of the earth. Is the Oregon Department of Revenue worried that tax cheats will start raping, robbing, or killing people? Give me a break.

DAILY DELIBERATIONS.1 22 MAY 2023

Tennessee man charged with felony reckless endangerment after returning fire on armed auto thieves. After reading the headlines, I (like others, I assume) initially concluded that the police seemed once again to be giving preferential treatment to the bad guys while trampling on the victim’s rights. But wait – dig a little deeper – read the WHOLE story. The homeowner was charged because, at 0230, his security camera alerted him to motion, so he walked out on a lighted porch with a weapon to confront the thieves. Discovering they’d been spotted, the bad guys started shooting at an illuminated target on an otherwise darkened porch. Stick with me now – this is where righteous victimhood takes a turn. At this point, realizing he was being shot at, the terrorized homeowner closed his eyes, pointed his weapon in the general direction of the would-be car thieves, and started squeezing off rounds. THAT’S where the reckless endangerment part comes in. For Christ’s sake! It’s combat training 101. His type of response is what gives gun owners a bad name. If you’ve made the conscious decision to buy a self-defense weapon, you need to know how to use it, and if you DON’T, get some training. Don’t stand on your front porch in the middle of the night and start sprayin’ and prayin’. Unless his house was in an isolated area, actions like his, on top of felony charges, could give birth to lawsuits for errant bullet holes in mailboxes, homes, vehicles, or, God forbid, innocent people.
