Let me get this straight: If somebody’s been making student loan repayments for 20 – 25 years, Biden’s gonna wipe out whatever debt’s remaining just because they’ve tried? So, when’s he gonna step in and pay off the rest of somebody’s new car loan just because they’ve made four years’ worth of payments on a seven-year contract? Let’s not forget. The $39 billion’s coming out of YOUR back pocket to pay for somebody else’s bad idea.

The federal judge in the linked article used to be a Democrat (nobody should be surprised). Common sense says her ruling won’t survive an appeal at the 9th Circuit, much less the Supreme Court.
