Senators who violated walkout ban can’t file for re-election, secretary of state says. “It appears the Democrat Attorney General and the Democrat Secretary of State are willing to cover for the Democrat Senate President Rob Wagner’s decision to ensure Measure 113 quashes the free speech of minority Senate Republicans as it was designed to do by political special interests.” This thing’s got appeals court written all over it. As stated here, I’m still shocked that Measure 113 passed in almost all the Eastern Oregon counties, where there’re more cattle than people.

Impeachment, elected official pay, ranked-choice voting: Lawmakers left big questions to voters. This oughta be good. In a state where common sense is rare as hens’ teeth, the WPs want to let people pile on with more laws that’d make Democrats everywhere proud. What’s that, you say? You want examples? All you have to do is look at Measure 110 (which turned Oregon into an open-air drug den) and Measure 114 (which no doubt will not survive a higher court test).
