Now that the 9th Circuit has thrown out the “involuntary” clause Democrats point to as the reason they can’t fix their bum problem, the case will surely head to the Supreme Court, where it’ll be settled once and for all.

The cancerous tentacles of WP Democrat policies have slowly and subtly been oozing into your neighborhood – so slowly, you might not’ve noticed. What’s that you say? You need an example? Here’s one: In my hometown, within the last year, the city voted to allow multifamily dwelling units (apartments) to be sited in single-family neighborhoods (taking away the pride of homeownership because commies don’t want anybody to own anything), with no requirements on the builders to provide more than one parking place for each building’s tenet. Why? To force residents to ride the public transportation Democrats’ve been pushing forever and a day. The only way to stop the scourge of Democrats is to beat ’em at the ballot box. If they can’t get elected, they won’t be able to change any laws.
