OREGON OBSERVATIONS 21 OCTOBER 2023

Eugene considers ban on construction of new gas stations. Haven’t the elected officials in Eugene learned ANYTHING? OREGON OBSERVATIONS 20 OCTOBER 2023

Budget shortfalls will impact Oregon roads this winter, ODOT says. Far be it for me to be a Monday morning quarterback, but this is the problem with Salem lawmakers and how they allocate the tax money we give ’em. For Christ’s sake! The Democrats, led by Blind-boy Biden, with their green agenda crusade, caused ODOT’s problems. With their push towards EVs, which don’t use gas, highway maintenance isn’t getting enough money ’cause there’s not enough gas being pumped. So, this winter, when you’re stuck in a snow drift on I84 after a surprise blizzard came roaring down the gorge, you can thank a Democrat.
