Once you’re livin’ in a home you rent or own, don’t succumb to insolvency by havin’ more debt than income – that’s like divin’ into the deep end, not knowin’ how to swim, and the fastest way to be out on your ass. 4. Face the fact that collecting cans outta the closest trashcan to buy tonight’s bottle of cheap wine or recreation drug of choice is not a solid career path. Ps: If you didn’t wanna share a tent with rats, you shoulda paid attention to 1 through 4 above.

Last time I checked, canvas condo developments don’t come with a storage unit to hold all the stuff that won’t fit in your tent. The Democrats that dominate this state’s legislature should be ashamed of themselves. Pass a law, invent a program that takes care of the entire state, and then only hire 14 people to run it. That’s like tryin’ to bail out the ocean with a teaspoon. Maybe that was their ulterior motive. After all, when somebody loses their home ’cause the state took so long to pay out an authorized benefit, they sure as hell can’t afford to hire a lawyer to sue the state when they’re livin’ under a tarp.
