The Oregon Democratic Party Won’t Say if It Will Return a Contribution From an FTX Executive. Here’s what the Democratic Party of Oregon DOES say: “The issue is important to us. We are aware of the situation and monitoring it closely. We have no other comments at this time.” So, what they’re NOT saying, and you have to dig to find out, is that the FTX Engineering Director gave the DPO $500,000. The DPO has $562,000 left in its account, so let’s see if they give the money back to the bankrupt pyramid scheme. As I always say in these situations – don’t hold your breath.
