Here’s an observation for Crazy Kotek – want in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first. She might as well say she’s going to cure world hunger. For those who might not have been paying attention to her exploits, for years, Kotek was a member of the legislature that makes the state laws and rules that investors and contractors must follow. One would think that if ANYBODY should’ve known about the regulatory bottleneck housing builders face, it would’ve been her. It appears she assumed ascension to the throne in Salem’s castle would also grant her access to a magic wand to make things happen. It’s going to be a lonnnggg four years.
