Egan Warming Center Volunteers are exhausted after three nights in a row. All I’m gonna say is that if this state set up a couple of Transition Centers east of the mountains to house Oregon’s 14,655 bums and bumettes, there wouldn’t be any volunteers to get burnt out ’cause there wouldn’t be any need for volunteers. The bums would already be sleeping in climate-controlled buildings when the weather changed.
