The more they spend, the worse it gets: Portland-area homeless count up 21%. This should come as NO surprise to my regular readers. What the hell did the bleeding-heart Democrats THINK was gonna happen? If you keep coddling the bums, not only will they stick around, they’ll spread the word, and next thing you know, the donkey’s asses are spending even more money ’cause more of ’em showed up to get free stuff. A 10-year-old can figure it out – why can’t the bleeding-heart Democrats?
