You idiot Democrats are the ones that took reading comprehension off of the high school graduation requirement list, and NOW you want to spend millions because you’re handing out diplomas to illiterate 12th-graders? If you can’t see how that was a bad idea in the first place, how in the HELL did you get elected? Wait – I know. You lowered the standards so you could give out diplomas to kids of wetbacks that flooded in here with no background in the English language because you didn’t want to force them to assimilate into our culture. In order to do that, you had to dumb down American citizens too. Way to go, Democridiots – you’ve succeeded in putting Americans even FARTHER behind the rest of the world.
