Oregon governor commits to improve education amid struggling math and English literacy scores. I hate to break it to you gov, but the cows are already outta the barn. You politicians in Salem CAUSED the mess we’ve got with these dismal scores by not requiring proficiency in math and reading as a prerequisite for high school graduation. What the hell did you THINK was gonna happen?
