‘Cougar’ spotted in Tigard park was actually just a big housecat. There ya go. I’m not pointin’ a finger at folks that weren’t raised in the country, but come on. Even city kids payin’ attention in school should’ve been able to tell the difference between a full-grown cougar and an ordinary house cat – even an oversized one.
