Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is contesting federal prosecutors’ efforts to seize the thousands of dollars he has accumulated in his prison canteen account. WTF?!? How many thousands of dollars a year is it costing to keep this asshole alive? The bombs he and his brother placed killed three people and injured 281, 12 of whom eventually were forced to undergo amputations. They shoulda put a hole in his head a long time ago.
