San Francisco buys vodka shots for homeless alcoholics in taxpayer-funded program. This is over the top, even for bum-lovin’ SF. At this rate, one of two things is gonna happen: The bums’ll tear down city hall to use it for firewood to keep their tents warm, or even the bum-lovin’ taxpayers’ll leave, revenues’ll dry up along with all the free stuff, and the bums’ll all walk across the bridge to Oakland.
