Spending on homelessness spikes to a ‘shocking’ amount in Portland metro area. Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties spent half a billion dollars last year on bums, and yet they’re still drownin’ in vagrants. What’s wrong with this picture? If they’d’ve pooled their money with other government agencies to set up and use my Transition Centers, their landscape would be tent-free. But the dumbass Democrats didn’t, so the residents, whose tax dollars the Democridiots are spendin’, get the privilege of being surrounded by bum squalor, piles of human shit, used syringes, and puttin’ up with bein’ harassed when the dollar they give ’em isn’t enough to buy today’s fix.
