House Democrat is proposing a constitutional amendment to reverse the Supreme Court’s immunity decision. Does this donkey’s-ass Democrat even KNOW what’s required to amend the Constitution? Let’s take a look: It takes a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, along with ratification by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States). Current Congressional makeup: A total of 435 members in the House of Representatives means 77 Republicans would have to switch sides and vote with the Democrats. In the Senate, 16 Republicans would have to jump ship and vote with the Democrats. And, as if that’s not enough, 14 of the conservative states (or states that lean conservative) would have to abandon their conscious and vote with the liberal states. If you think those are GOOD odds, don’t go to Vegas unless you WANNA lose money.
