The only shining light that comes out of this gut-wrenching story is one that highlights the need to get rid of all these bleedin’ heart judges that continue to return killers to the street. ESPECIALLY in a case like this when the same guy almost beat the girl to death in December, and he was warned about the potential for him to exact vengeance on her, should he be released. I hope the grieving family is able to sue the judge into the poor house.
