San Francisco proposal incentivizes sobriety by giving drug users weekly cash benefits. The proposal gives drug users $100 in gift cards each week they remain sober. Is there a special school Democrats attend to be able to dream up this insanity? How about gettin’ ’em sober, and instead of handin’ out taxpayer-funded gift cards, put ’em to work on police call of urban centers and county road ditches. That way, we can see that our money’s made some tangible improvement for our taxes that the pinheaded Democrats’ve spent.
