Do you think there should be budget cuts in the federal government? When I answered that question, 95% of over 15,000 thought the government was too big and needed a haircut. Come on people, think about it. Years ago, the oft-repeated example of government overspending was the Air Force’s $400 toilet seat. In today’s world, I’ve used much more egregious examples as fodder for my posts. Bottom line – DOGE needs to sharpen its scalpel.
